I keep UAC(Win7) open,When it notice me "3.6.6 is ok",I click "Check Update",it display "无法更新 已有一个安全性稳定性相关的更新可用，但是您没有安装该补丁所需的系统权限。请联系您的系统管理员或者使用其他能在本机安装软件的帐号重试。".
When I use version<3.6.3,it's always ok,it can update.
When I update 3.6.3 to 3.6.4,this error appear.
When I update 3.6.4 to 3.6.6,this error appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.帮助（H）Help
2.检查更新（C）Check Update
Actual Results:  
display "can't update"

Expected Results:  
display "download and update"
