Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Security; Windows NT 5.1; Locale; rv:1.9.3a6pre) Gecko/20100627 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; en-US; rv:1.9.3a6pre) Gecko/20100627 Minefield/3.7a6pre

In Windows, double clicking on the titlebar area (other than the icon or the maximise/minimise/close buttons) toggles the application between normal (restored) and maximised.

The new menu button in the titlebar does not do this using the nightly 2010-06-27-05-mozilla-central build (works as expected when the menu bar is shown).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox
2. Turn off the Menu Bar
3. Double click in the titlebar area
Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
The application should toggle between the normal (restored) and maximised states for each double click in the titlebar area.
