Add STMicroelectronics HDK7108 to Tamarin build system. First step would be to cross compile for it and run smokes only until either more hardware is provided or its speed is deemed sufficient to run entire c/s/t phases quickly enough. Happily, the system already has python on it, so could potentially run buildbot and act as an independent slave, but that is TBD.
