[Mac] Get install/downgrade metrics by having the installer ping mozilla

Details
It would be extremely helpful to have the Mac dmg tell us how many people are installing over a newer version (downgrading).
We could correlate this data with releases, etc to see just how many people we are "losing" if we mess up a release, etc.
If there is concern about the tracking aspect of it, perhaps we could have a checkbox in the dmg installer page that is checked by default.
We could also use the metrics to get a ballpark conversion rate from installs -> ADUs.

Probably not worth introducing an installer package just for this, though the idea can be revived if we start needing one for other reasons.
