User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Until Firefox 3.5.10 it was able to minimize Firefox-windows to the Windows system tray / notification area using DM2 (http://dm2.sourceforge.net/). Since the upgrade to 3.6.4 the minimized windows pop out of the systray after a second. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install a tool to minimize applications to the systray (DM2) 2. Open a Firefox window 3. Minimize it to the systray Actual Results: The open Firefox window disappears and a Firefox-icon appears in the Windows notification area. It stays there until being clicked again. Expected Results: The open Firefox windows disappears and the icon appears in the notification area. After about a second the Firefox window reopens again and the icon disappears.

win7: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110522 Firefox/6.0a1 WFM is latest release. I didn't have any trouble minimizing to the tray or to a floating icon. I'm testing with DM2 version 1.23.
