Can you please attach a screenshot and test with the latest version? Maybe someone on Linux can check this, it works with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100629 Minefield/4.0b2pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Product field states Fennec, not Minefield so this could be a little confusion here. Anyway, it seems that the only way to perform screenshot on Android device is using an App that requires you to be logged as root. Furthermore, this requires to reinstall device's OS. If you can help with a faster method than what i have I'll be glad to provide a screenshot asap, as bug is reproducible on today's nightly also. (20100808 build)

More to this behavior I can add that despite the javascript failure, we have java popups working fine from www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html. Still, no dropdown suggestions from google (which is still javascript dependent). I hope this helps in identifying the problem

This test is now working fine on 4.0b6PRE. So should it be closed?
