Click the Zoom box, or expand manually, or click to turn off the side bar in
Mail/News.
The folders pane does not show the scroll bar even if you have more folders than
can be displayed in the pane.

unable to reproduce with 102708 mozilla trunk build on Mac OS 9.  I also testd
the branch build from today and had no problems there.  tarahim are you still
seeing this with a current build?

It seems the logic error is still present in 2000102620Mtrunk, but appearing in
a modified manner.
I now do not see the scroll bar disappearance, but the origin of scroll position
is resetting to wrong place on expand, or switching sidebars ON/OFF. In such
cases, you can not scroll all the way to the end of folder list.  In the
screenshot (L), you can see that the scroll bar is all the way up but the folder
list is not actually scrolled to the top.  Then you switch off the side bar and
expand the folder list pane, but the scroll position remains the same, and the
folders at the top remains undisplayed (R).  You can actually reach the folders
by using up arrow from the key board, but that is not the point of this bug, of
course.

Confirmed in 2000111420 MTrunk build.
No change since the attachment was filed.

thread pane.
