When the browser crashed or is closed with the option "save open tabs" i have one input window for every tab with a login. 

You can try it for example on websites with htaccess.

Not sure about the correct english names because i use Firefox with German language.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open more than 1 tab with an active login in htacces and save their logins with a master password
2. Close the browser and choose "re-open tabs after restart"
3. Open the browser > You will have 2 or more input windows for your master password
