Whenever I open a new tab (CTRL+T) and try to open a website from a history in it, the tab keeps the "New Tab" title instead of changing to the website's title.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab (File -> New Tab)
2. Enter any website's address
3. Open the website
Actual Results:
The tab kept its "New Tab" title insted of changing to the opened website's title

Expected Results:
It should have chnged to the opened website's title defined in the <title> tag
Are you using a Persona Theme?
Yes. But what difference does that make?

That the issue is already known and will be fixed before Final Release.
