Bookmark imported from IE and NS have a problem recognizing Japanese character
set for the title.(Bug 57553)
 When you edit the bookmark title in Manage Bookmarks, the change is not
reflected in the Bookmarks pull-down menu.  The change is recognized and the
Bookmark title shows up correctly in the Bookmarks pull down only if you move
the item in the list.
  Strangely, if an identical URL item is present in the top level and in a
subfolder within Bookmarks and the title is corrected, both of them are
displayed correctly in Manage Bookmarks window.  However, the item in the top
level is still displayed wrongly in Bookmarks pull down.  Relaunching Mozilla
does not correct this.
