Lucas needs some changes today or tomorrow for the bounty program.  This needs to be done at latest by Thursday, but it's just text changes.

Lucas - can you add the changes to this bug or link to them?

I'm attaching an update to the Mozilla security bounty policy (http://www.mozilla.org/security/bug-bounty.html), and the associated FAQ (http://www.mozilla.org/security/bug-bounty-faq.html).

The associated HTML files are attached for each page.  These are only text changes (and a few hyperlinks).  Note that I am including only the relevant content in the attached files, not the entire original HTML pages.
