Steps to Reproduce :
1. Open Firefox
2. Click File | New Window / Ctrl + n

Actual Result :
Firefox flickers when trying to open a new window

Expected Result : 
Firefox should not flicker when trying to open a new window. Worked fine in previous versions of firefox.
I can reproduce in Non Aero style on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100630 Firefox/4.0b2pre ID:20100630040519
