Details
STR:
1. enter full screen mode in Firefox
2. drag some text, link or image to the top of the screen
Expected result:
full screen browser UI should appear
Actual result:
nothing happens
The bar that should receive the dragenter event is 1px high. Works as expected on Windows, fails on Linux.
