https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=7131 is the relevant litmus test for this. On the mentioned site in the url field, you should see a bunch of canvas clocks, but in Fennec Electrolysis builds they don't appear. I suspect that canvas isn't working at all for e10s builds.
