For 1) I just updated the page.  Note that I was getting this information from the title for each site, so maybe the title of support.mozillamessaging.com should change to Thunderbird Support Home Page?

For 2) the directory is meant to be a listing of Mozilla community sites so getsatisfaction.com doesn't fit there.  Opening it up to any web site anywhere with Mozilla content on it would make the page a bit too big to manage :)

With GetSatisfaction, we officially created that community and using it as our primary method of getting community powered support, so GS is just the platform in this case.

Re comment #2, the goal of the directory page is to list all sites that the Mozilla community hosts and maintains.  There are plenty of important parts of the community on sites we don't host (meetup.com, twitter.com, facebook.com, etc) and there are appropriate places to link to those but that content isn't a fit on the directory page.
