The accesskey for print preview (V) is still showing on the file menu on 
Composer even though it is supposed to be gone until the bug getting print 
preview into mozilla is fixed. Blake checked in the fix for branch but says he 
didn't for trunk.

bug from awhile back to remove the item until it finally got implemented.  this

Print Preview is no longer in the File menu of the editor window. vrfy using
2000.11.29.09 comm verif bits on linux, winnt and mac.
