On normal disconnect it is working fine, but when something goes wrong with the user connection, even after the termination message is written to the channel, it is still showing the wrong count of the users. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect to a network and channel 2. Connect to same network and channel as another user with another client or something 3. Abruptly disconnect and check the no.of users. Actual Results: The number of users remains same. Expected Results: The number of users should decrease by 1 (if 1 user is ending connection abruptly) The number of users should decrease by 1 (if 1 user is ending connection abruptly)
