xmonad (a tiling window manager) on Debian, which tiles the Test Pilot studies window ("Feedback"→"All Your User Studies" when it appears, doesn't care if the window is supposed to be resizable.

The window is not designed to be as tall as xmonad makes it, and blank space appears above the window's tabs.

So on Linux, it looks wrong when resized or maximized (reported several times); On Mac and Windows, the window is not resizable.  However, there have been many requests to make the window resizable, e.g.:

So it seems like we should make the window resizable on all platforms and make the contents behave correctly when resizing.  So I'm going to merge resize requests into this bug and change the name to reflect that.
