User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pt-BR; rv:2.0b1) Gecko/20100628 Firefox/4.0b1 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pt-BR; rv:2.0b1) Gecko/20100628 Firefox/4.0b1 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) In View -> Toolbars, Tabs on Top is disabled, in dark grey. Same with right-clicking File. Clicking Tabs on Top does nothing. In Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes, "Default 4.0b1" is "Incompatible with firefox 4.0b1" (no tabs on top, still File, Edit, View etc). I created a new profile, but the design is still the old in it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. click Tools 2. click Add-ons 3. click Themes Actual Results: "Default 4.0b1" is "Incompatible with firefox 4.0b1". Expected Results: Default 4.0b1 would be in use or selectable for use.
I'm using a profile folder from Firefox 3.6, is that bad? In my profile dir, in the extensions dir, I deleted the Silver Me theme folder. Now, the tabs on top feature is switchable, but File, Edit, View etc are still there, "Default 4.0b1" is still said to be "Incompatible with firefox 4.0b1" and the icons are the ffv3's instead of ffv4's.
I clicked Help -> "Check for Updates..." and updated Firefox. Now, the default 4.0b1 theme is said to be compatible with Firefox 4.0b1, but there is still no App Button.
and the icons are still the ffv3's instead of ffv4's
This is no longer an issue in the current version of Firefox (20). Marking as resolved.
