With minefield set as the active window, the windows 7 taskbar does not 'pop up' when placing mouse cursor at the bottom of the screen. Taskbar pops up fine with any other window as active, 32bit minefield.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set windows 7 taskbar to auto-hide
2.open minefield
3.maximize minefield and attempt to bring up taskbar



sometimes, the taskbar will pop up, but NOT in front, it will happen behind minefield, viewable if minefield is not maximized and set as active window
