And then I redownloaded flash player and it STILL didn't find flash player

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a flash based site like poptropica.com


Actual Results:  
It told me to download flash

Expected Results:  
Loaded with out asking me to download flash player

Do you see the flash plugin in about:plugins ?

Is it a 64-bit build you are using ? Those don't load (32-bit) plugins.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
