576679 - YUI 2.3.0 is used only by two pages, should be removed

Description

We have a YUI 2.3.0 library in /js/yui/ while our site is using 2.7.0 or 2.5.1 for older pages.

I grepped the whole repo and only two old files use this library:

/en-US/firefox/lang-packs/friulian.html
/en-US/firefox/lang-packs/tatar.html
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/yui/2.3.0/utilities/utilities.js">
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/lang-pack.js"></script>

I am going to point the scripts to 2.7.O and remove the 2.3.0 folder from the repository, CCing Steven to make sure it's ok for him.

YUI is only used in lang-pack.js for the Event.onDOMReady method. I can change that to use jQuery's $(document).ready method (see bug 562372) and YUI 2.3.0 can be removed from the page as well as the site.
