User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) It seems that sometimes when I am on a Web site that has Flash on it, Ctrl-Shift+T does not work sometimes. If I go to another tab, then it works. If I go to the file menus manually (History>Recently Closed Tabs), it works. After I open the previously closed tab manually, the same tab that had the issue, starts working again. Odd... This has been happening since Firefox 3.5, but it was not a major issue to me, only annoying. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open and close tabs 2. Go to youtube.com 3. Press Ctrl+Shift+T Actual Results: The previously closed tab does not open. Expected Results: The previously closed tab does open.
