In bug 552965 I had to do a quick change to replace the hardcoded "Firefox" with #3 in the string addonError-4 in browser/chrome/browser/browser.properties. I didn't change the entity name because it was very soon after landing and changing that name would have probably meant changing 5 others too, so I think it is quicker to just update the string for the 5 locales that have translated it already.
