Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the "unknown" locale link for Firefox 4.0b1 on the Dashboard Demographics box 

Actual Results:
A blank search is performed over all the messages under 4.0b1

Expected Results:
A search is performed over messages with an "unknown" locale.
