After a crash which happened when I was sorting in the Bookmark Manager,
all of my top-level bookmark folders beginning with the letters Q to Z are no longer present
Reproducible: Sometimes

"Checking POP mail" is something a mail client like Thunderbird does, the Bookmark manager is in Firefox -- I have to assume this is a fake bug like the other one you filed. If I ignore the summary there's not enough information in the description to diagnose and fix a bookmark problem.
