Details
Due to the binary file in .bzr/repository/packs/, which is of the order of 15 Mb, the size of the Bugzilla tarball exploded, increasing from ~2 Mb to 17 Mb! I'm not a fan of such increases, and I'm not sure people who download tarballs are really using bzr for upgrades. Maybe we should drop the .bzr/ directory entirely from the tarball?

I thought about the same thing, but 18MB is really not that bad. If it gets really bad, we can make it a lightweight checkout.

I think we should do a lightweight checkout, as that's all people need (developers do not use tarballs, so they already have a full checkout in hands). I personally see a difference between 2 Mb and 17 Mb, being bad or not. :)

Bugzilla 4.0rc and 4.0 final are all smaller than 3Mb now, so marking the bug as fixed. Yay!
