After doing a fresh clean installation of Firefox 4.0b1 the new UI changes such as Tabs on Top, the Firefox Button, and the Bookmarks buttons are not present or visible at all. All of those features are still old style of Tabs on bottom, bookmarks toolbar and regular menu bar. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ff4.0b1
Actual Results:  
No new UI changes are visible.

Expected Results:  
There should be the described Firefox button, bookmarks button and the tabs should be on top of the address bar.

I can switch to tabs on top with the right-click menu on the toolbars.

I have firefox 3.6.6 and the latest Minefield installed as well. I see no new UI elements in Minefield either (if they should be there?)

I uninstalled all versions of mozilla firefox completely and then reinstalled only ff4b1 and still no new UI elements have been added.

If you used your _profile_ with 3.7a4 or 3.7a5 then the tabs on top state will have been remembered from then (re-installing doesn't touch the profiles).

You should be able to see the new UI by switching to tabs on top and disabling the menu bar (View/Toolbars/Menu bar)
