Any web page with Flash content makes Firefox to appear twice (both icon and label) in application switcher opened by keyboard shortcut CMD+TAB.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the browser
2. Open any page with Flash content
3. Press and hold CMD+TAB
Actual Results:  
You will see Firefox icon twice. One of the icons behave well - selecting it by holding CMD and pressing TAB more times will focus in Firefox. The other icon focuses on different Firefox process - no browser, no window, but just Firefox label.

Expected Results:  
Just one application icon with standard behavior.
