So, this happens when you open firefox? Does it happen in safe mode or a new profile?
This is an error from the ForecastFox extension. You've forced it to install with compatibility checking disabled, but it's simply not compatible with Firefox 4. The developer will need to update it to be compatible with the Addon Manager overhaul.
