Overview Description:  A gif image of a graph does not load in the above 
article.
 
Steps to Reproduce:
1.)  Go to url

Actual Results:  Empty image with alternate text displayed

Expected Results:  Image should display

Build Date & Platform Bug Found:  WinNT 1023 branch

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On:
works on Mac and Linux

Additional Information:
narrowed down to following line of html

This works when I change 'src' to point to a local server with the image stored 
locally - ie.

Works for me, I can see the Image fine on build 2000-10-24-09-MN6/ 
I just tested this on N6 10-31-00 and it looks like its
working now. Marking WFM
