Here's the first draft of the relnotes for 2.0.4.

This assumes we'll land some sort of ad-blocking update (probably the whole thing, but a subset if any problems with new rules appear).

The Flash, Flashblock, and JEP items are verbatim from previous notes (save the versions).

I played around with a couple of ways of phrasing the Gecko line; of all of them, this one seemed the least awful to me, but other suggestions welcome ;)
