When opening a new window the home page from the startup preferences in used. This behavior is not convenient when at startup several tabs are loaded. Additionally, a new window is not really startup so if this is the desired behavior then the wording of the preferences could be a bit better. New window should work like new tab, or even better have it's own option for page(s) to display. Chrome creates a blank tab, Firefox could one up it here.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a multi-tab home page.
2. Restart Firefox and see the tabs open.
3. Select new window from the file menu
4. New window opens with all the same tabs.
Actual Results:
2 windows with identical tabs were opened.
Expected Results:
1 window at startup should have the home page tabs loaded, when selecting new window a single tab window should appear.
