With the new reviews page,we display the version of the add-on for all reviews (except those added for the latest version). If someone wishes to add a review to an older version,we should allow them.
People are supposed to be using the most current version. Letting people fiddle with versions has a UX cost and a maintenance cost.
Yeah, let's leave this functionality out.

The user is not informed that they can only add reviews to the latest version of an add-on. We should at least consider adding appropriate user message about that in the review section. If not, there is a possibility of reviews getting associated with incorrect add-on versions.
