Help the user help themselves by sending https results for a site search to the top whenever they are present.
Severity: normal → enhancement
I don't think we want to just place any results that are served over https more prominently. I assume the suggestion was most likely to prefer the https version of a site when we have both http and https links stored in history. We have already been making great improvements in that area and we have more in the backlog. Resolving this bug as it doesn't provide any additional value.
