This warning appears when search for addons that are compatible to 4.02. The page does not recognize that I am using the beta, and asks me to install it.

Sooooo, the issue is you search for addons, and the addon manager does not prevent you from installing them? I'm confused.

Look at your user agent. It says Gecko 2.0b1 with Firefox 3.0.10. Probably broken by the Ant.com toolbar, also listed. Fix your user agent:
