Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start any download. 2. Double click on status bar when something like "(x minutes remaining)" appear. 3. Download window will open but its size will be very small, only the size of Title Bar. Actual Results: Download window will open but its size will be very small, only the size of Title Bar.
