When the tabs and navigation bar hide in full screen mode a thin blue bar and part of the Firefox button remain.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter full screen mode (F11 or Tools -> Full Screen)
2. Wait for navigation bar and tabs to disappear
Actual Results:  
Part of the Firefox button is still visible and a thin bar is left across the top of the screen.

Expected Results:  
The Firefox button should be completely hidden.

Occurs on a fresh profile with no addons

Thanks for this report. However this issue has been resolved in nightly builds and will be fixed for the next beta.
