When dragging a tab out from the main Firefox window onto a new monitor, the application doesn't understand that I have released the tab on a separate monitor.  The tab just opens a new window, in the same monitor that the application is running on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have a 2 monitor setup
2.have several tabs open in Firefox
3.drag one of the tabs over to the new monitor and release.
Actual Results:  
Firefox opens window on the monitor that Firefox is natively running on.

Expected Results:  
the tab opens on the monitor it was released on.
