Hello,
when I’m trying to add hours to a bug i'm getting error "The value '-1' in the Hours Left field is less than the minimum allowable value of '0'. " In the bug i don't have an estimate nor deadline. I have tried with different bugs and users so it shouldnt be a problem with the bug nor user settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open bug
2. apply 1 to hours worked field
3. press submit
4. recieve error msg
Actual Results:  
The value '-1' in the Hours Left field is less than the minimum allowable value of '0'.

Expected Results:  
Bugzilla should have had added the hours to the time spent part of the bug
