If the Firefox window is not on the primary display and I try to search something, the auto-suggestions list shows up on the primary display instead of showing up normally below the search field on the secondary display.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox window in a secondary display.
2. Enter search query
Actual Results:  
Suggestions shows up on different monitor.

Expected Results:  
Suggestions for the search query should've shown up below the search field on the monitor which displays the Firefox window.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
