The "promptOnSanitize" pref (to show the "Clear private data" dialog) defaults to false in Fennec and it appears that it has never been used or tested. It was broken by bug 480169 in March 2009, and might not have worked even before that. This patch removes all of the dead/broken code related to this option. (The pref was also removed in desktop Firefox, which now always shows the UI; see bug 469158.) This patch also includes the fix from bug 576621 to clear cached images.

It occurs to me that we should split the non-UI code into a common module that Firefox and Fennec can share, so that we get fixes at the same time. I'll look into this and probably file a followup bug.
