rtl: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/ar/firefox/4.0b1/firstrun/ vs ltr: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/fr/firefox/4.0b1/firstrun/ I flipped the background image vertically in the rtl version, but there are 2 issues I can't fixed: - the Fx logo on the astronauts suits is mirrored in rtl - the 4, in the Firefox 4 image at the top is not visible enough with a dark background This goes beyound my limited graphic design skills, I think a different background should just be created/adapted for rtl languages. Thanks
Good idea, but unfortunately it's not going to be feasible (in terms of money or time) to create separate rtl versions of each of these illustrations. Couldn't you just keep the text box on the left side and have the text within run rtl? It might not be ideal, but it seems like that would be better than having things look backwards.
Summary: Need a rtl friendly background image for Firefox 4 beta firstrun page → Need an RTL-friendly background image for Firefox 4 beta firstrun page
new https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/ar/firefox/4.0b1/firstrun/ should be good enough according to our Hebrew localizer.
