Most applications using Aero glass have a glow around text labels. However, Firefox 4 does not currently have this, which can make reading text hard depending what is behind the window. Not even the glow effect is necessary, just something to help isolate it from the translucency if the tab for readability.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox 4.0b1 or a nightly build.
2. Look at the tab on various backgrounds.
Actual Results:
Text can sometimes be hard to read, especially on dark or varied colour backgrounds.

Expected Results:
Tab text should be readable regardless of the image behind it.

Default theme used on Firefox 4.0b1 on Windows 7.
