If you are typing in the awesome bar and the search matches already open tabs, the "Switch to Tab" entry is not always shown in either the first 6 visible results or in the results list (the scrollable area).

While it may not necessarily make sense to show these at the top of the list, it would make sense to show them at least in the first 6 results so the "Switch to Tab" entry is visible.

Things get a little more interesting when there are 6 or more matching tabs open (or even 12 - which is the limit of the results shown in the awesome bar scroll area). I don't know what the best approach is in this case, as Firefox still needs to show results that do not match open tabs.

NOTE: This has also been suggested in the http://www.businessweek.com/idg/2010-07-09/firefox-4-beta-1-is-smart-looking-snappy.html review.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a tab to a url (e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org)
2. Open another tab
3. Type a letter of the opened url (e.g. 'b')
