Overview: When importing settings, if you cancel out of a file picker dialog
then some buttons are disabled inappropriately. The workaround is easy.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select File|Import so the Import Wizard appears
2. Select the 'Settings' radio button, select Next
3. Select Eudora, select Next
4. A "Select Settings file" dialog appears, select Cancel

Actual Results: The "Next" button is disabled and the Eudora item has a grey
highlight. Selecting Eudora again highlights the area in blue but this doesn't
help.

Workaround: Select "Outlook Express" or "Outlook" and then select "Eudora" and
then the "Next" button is enabled.

Expected Results: Canceling out of the file picker should return focus to
"Eudora" and still show the "Next" button as enabled.

Additional Information: This problem occurs in the Import Wizard anytime you
cancel out of a dialog such as a file picker.

Reporter, is the back button also disabled? If so I will mark bug 61087 a dup of 
this one. If not then it's another matter, but it looks a lot similar.

Yes, the Back button is also disabled. The workaround enables the Next button
but has no effect on the Back button, Back is still disabled.

I don't see "Select Settings file" after step 3. I see "addresses successfully imported"
