See url and testcase. A lot of the images on that page don't show up. This regressed between 2009-09-10 and 2009-09-15: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?startdate=2009-09-10+04%3A00%3A00&enddate=2009-09-15+09%3A00%3A00 I guess a regression from bug 435296.

Bobby, I think this is us being more strict about JPEG errors. I think you had a plan for this?
