when clicking the Get addons pane, the favicon extends the standard 16x16 width, and then persists after changing to other Addons manager settings

Repro:
1) install nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100714 Minefield/4.0b2pre
2) open about:addons
3) jump from extensions or themes over to "Get Add-ons pane"
4) open one of the links shown in the pane that redirects to a site (eg. mozilla mission)
5) hit back after page loads
6) Verify the favicon changes width and exceeds the met 16x16 dimensions

Expected:
- favicon remains 16x16 persisted
