No horisontal scroll bar available either!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Opened again on another day
2.reloaded page several times on two different days
3.Opened new tab and pasted url in url bar - click to go to url
Actual Results:  
After waiting FOREVER (longer than 4 minutes)!!for bugzilla page to open, I cannot fix the problem as the page is off the screen, and no horisontal scroll bar is available. 

Expected Results:  
I want to be able to see ALL the script as I am supposed to fix a problem I have. The page should be central on the screen and fit on the screen. If not fit on the screen than at least a scroll bar should be available?
