Nick Hart of Real is having trouble with Bugzilla Helper:

I am unable to submit a bug report.  I don't know what is wrong, but I keep
getting the message:

"Possible bug database corruption has been detected. Please send mail to
[e-mail] with details of what you were doing when this message
appeared. Thank you.

Ok, I managed to get it posted: 57885

I think there is a problem with the page at:
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html

I was unable to submit a bug using it.  However, if I went directly to the CGI
bug submission form I was able to submit it.

Reproed this using Netscape 4.7 and IE 5.0 on NT 4.0 SP 3

This problem normally arises when the Helper's list of some property is not in 
sync with Bugzilla's. That seems to be what's happened here - someone's changed 
"Mac OS 9.0" to "Mac OS 9.x" in Bugzilla, and the Helper hasn't been updated.

Fixed.
